Terms & Conditions – ey441 Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ey441 ("ey441," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ey441 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the ey441 website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ey441 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all ey441 accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ey441 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ey441 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ey441 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ey441 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ey441 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ey441 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ey441 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ey441 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ey441 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

ey441 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the ey441 cashier interface and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ey441 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on verification status, transaction volume, and payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier interface;
• ey441 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if ey441 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms;

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on ey441 are denominated in Philippine Peso. ey441 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ey441's control. ey441 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ey441 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ey441 bonuses and promotions:

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ey441 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on ey441, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All ey441 slot games, fishing games, and RNG-based table games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. These systems are designed to produce statistically random and unpredictable results on every game round, independent of previous outcomes.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games available through the ey441 WM Live section use physical equipment — real cards, real dice, and real roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical results and are not subject to RNG manipulation.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, ey441 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ey441 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ey441 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ey441 Platform, including but not limited to the ey441 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of ey441 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ey441 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ey441 content without the prior written consent of ey441.

Any unauthorized use of ey441 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

ey441's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ey441 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, ey441 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, ey441 will return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ey441 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13. Amendments

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ey441 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ey441 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ey441's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
